6.1 Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit the Website. We use session

cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you

delete them).

6.2 We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) to:

(a) make the Website work (necessary cookies: cart, checkout, security, load balancing);

(b) remember your choices and preferences (functionality cookies);

(c) understand how visitors use the Website and improve it (performance and analytics cookies);

(d) measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on other websites and apps (advertising

6.3 Third-party tools we use include Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager, the

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, the TikTok Pixel and Events API, and

Klaviyo tracking. These providers may receive your IP address, device and cookie identifiers, pages

viewed and purchase events and may combine them with other data they hold under their own

privacy policies.

6.4 You can control cookies through your browser settings (usually under "options" or "preferences").

Blocking cookies may affect your use of the Website. You can also opt out of personalized advertising

at https://adssettings.google.com (Google), in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings (Meta) and in

your TikTok ad settings, and at https://optout.aboutads.info.

7. Google services, Google Ads and Google API data

7.1 Google services on the Website. We use Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and

related Google measurement tools. These tools may collect device information, IP address, cookie

identifiers, pages viewed and purchase events so that we can measure the performance of our

advertising and show you relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at https://

adssettings.google.com and learn how Google uses data from partner sites at https://policies.google.c

om/technologies/partner-sites.

7.2 Our use of the Google Ads API. Reunoa operates an internal application that connects to Google's

Ads API through Google OAuth. This application is used only by Reunoa and its authorized staff and

contractors to manage Reunoa's own Google Ads account. Through this connection the application

accesses Google Ads account data such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets, bids, search

terms, conversion data and performance reports (OAuth scope "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/a

dwords").

7.3 How we use this data. We use the data obtained through the Google Ads API solely to create,

review, optimize and report on Reunoa's advertising campaigns. We do not use it for any other

purpose.

7.4 Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties,

except with service providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where

required by law. We do not use Google user data for advertising to third parties, for credit-worthiness

or lending purposes, or to train generalized machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.7.5 Storage, security and retention. Access tokens and data retrieved through the Google Ads API are

stored on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and retained only as long as needed for

campaign management and reporting, after which they are deleted. OAuth credentials are stored

securely and are never exposed in public code or shared with third parties.

7.6 Revoking access. Access granted to our application can be revoked at any time at https://myaccou

nt.google.com/permissions. You may also contact us at support@reunoa.com to request deletion of

any data we hold that was obtained through Google APIs.

7.7 Compliance with Google policies. Reunoa's use and transfer of information received from Google

APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-

services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Order and

payment records are retained for as long as required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection

laws. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or object. Website analytics and advertising data

are retained according to the retention periods of the respective tools (typically 2 to 26 months).

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including

encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and tokenized payment processing. No method of

transmission or storage is completely secure; if you have an account, keep your login details

confidential.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer

Privacy Act or the Australian Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

(a) access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;

(b) correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

(c) request deletion of your data;

(d) object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing and profiling;

(e) receive your data in a portable format;

(f) withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;

(g) lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email support@reunoa.com. We may need to verify your identity before

responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.11. Direct marketing

existing customer and the law allows it, or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at

any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, replying STOP to any text

message, or emailing support@reunoa.com. Transactional messages about your orders and

subscription will still be sent.

12. International transfers and children

Your personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our

service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard

contractual clauses. The Website and Products are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect

personal data from anyone under 18.
